You are solely responsible for any content you generate and how you use it. By using this Service you agree to:

Not claim AI-generated outputs were created by a real human artist
Not use outputs to impersonate, defame, or misrepresent any real person or artist
Not distribute outputs in any way that implies endorsement by a real artist or public figure
Not use outputs for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We do not train, own, or control the underlying AI model. You assume full legal responsibility for any copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property claims arising from your use of generated outputs.

You may not use outputs that resemble identifiable real artists for commercial purposes without independently obtaining appropriate legal clearances.

6. Limitation of Liability

This Service is provided as an independent discovery tool only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for any outputs generated through the Service
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or generated outputs
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed €0, as this is a free service

11. About This Service

This Service provides an interface to a third-party AI music generation model. We are an independent operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the model provider. The underlying AI model is owned and operated solely by its respective provider.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
